The price of the parasols for guests of the hotel and of the excursions is Cop$60.000 per full day including taxes. The price for half a day or less is Cop$30.000 including taxes. The additional chair has a value of $5.000. The sun lounger has a cost of $15.000 for half or full day.

The available in front of Torre del Mar are 40 and in front of Casa de Playa 120 sunshades.

*The sunshade consists of an umbrella with a metal support and a layer of canvas and two (2) plastic beach chairs and one (1) plastic table.

The beaches are a public good for the use of all Colombians. Hotel Las Americas has a beach concession in front of Torre del Mar and a temporary permit to have furniture on the beach in front of Casa de Playa in conjunction with an association of Natives that is part of the community of La Boquilla. Therefore, the service of the parasols on the beach in front of Torre del Mar is provided and collected by the Hotel temporarily extending the prices to this association. In front of the Hotel in Casa de Playa, the service is provided by natives belonging to the community and is collected directly by them.
